A rare pair of Clutha glass drinking vessels designed by Christopher Dresser and produced by James Couper & Sons between 1888–1896. Crafted in rich Bristol blue with a traditional pontil mark, each vessel displays the beautiful imperfections and character typical of handmade Arts & Crafts glass of the era. Both stand 11.5cm high and are sold as a pair.
